Make time for yourself and allow the vibrations of the gongs to wash over you during this one hour group relaxation session. We begin with a guided meditation followed by time to pause your thoughts as you enjoy the sounds of the gong frequencies. The sounds range from quiet to loud, musical to ethereal. The cells within the human body react positively to these frequencies, allowing you to quickly and easily reach a deeply relaxed state. All you need to do is lay down, get comfy and just be. Mat, blanket and bolster provided. Pillow, extra blanket and warm socks suggested.​​​​​​
